By proceeding with the consultancy, I acknowledge that an initial non-refundable administration fee of £20 will be charged. I also agree to the terms and conditions outlined, including the payment terms and the possibility of additional charges arising.

These additional charges may arise as a result of the detailed initial review of my case and would be based on aspects such as the complexity of the case, the need to obtain opinions from multiple different specialists, or specific services such as video examinations, multiple phone calls, extensive document reviews, or prolonged follow-up durations. If any of these additional costs are applicable, they will always be communicated to me beforehand and transparently for my approval.

I acknowledge that all information shared during the consultancy will be treated with strict confidentiality. I also understand that the second opinion provided does not substitute for primary direct medical care or diagnosis. I agree to the cancellation and refund policy as outlined in the terms of service.
